Trophy Trucks are the fastest class of off-road racing vehicles which are designed and built to resemble modern pickup trucks. Although any truck that meets the safety standards can race the trophy truck class, they, for the most part, feature long travel suspensions and high power engines. They are intended for desert racing, and most are not street legal like their practice counterparts, the pre-runners. Trophy Trucks can reach speeds in excess of 135 miles per hour even over rough terrain. This puts them among the fastest off-road vehicles in the world. The trucks are most frequently associated with the Baja 1000 race, series that have featured trophy trucks including SCORE International, and Best In The Desert or BITD, in which they are referred to as "Trick Trucks".

Andy Mcmillin Mason Motorsports Trophy Truck

First test session with his his new Mason Motorsports Trophy Truck is in the books for Andy Mcmillin. As he prior stated in a Facebook post is he very much pleased on how much extra time and effort everyone been put in this truck built by Mason Motorsports in less than 3 months. McMillin does appreciate the craftsmanship, fit and finish details.



He is attempting to back up the overall win from 2017 in the new truck at Parker.

Jimco Racing Inc

Jimco Racing Nr. 30 Trophy Truck in 50th Baja 1000 outfit as it will be piloted by Robbie Pierce. 50th Baja 1000 will be held over a 1,134.40-mile race course down Mexico’s Baja California peninsula at 15.-16.November 2017. The start is in Ensenada, Baja California (68 miles/ 110km from US border San Diego/Tijuana).



The finishline is in La Paz, Baja California Sur (917miles/1475km from US border) Motorcycle and quad classes will start at midnight (PT) on Wednesday, Nov. 15 and trucks 10 hours later.

Toby Price at Finke Desert Race.

Toby Price just can not deny his 2-wheel background..... :) With the trophy-truck on 2 wheels during the Tatts Finke Desert Race. What a a wild prologue for Price, mowing down  tree and on the edge of rolling the Geiser Bro. ride


He posted the 7th fastest time at the prologue. Toby Price/Luke Henry (#487 Geiser 2015 Chev 6000cc) moved up from their prologue position to finish at Finke today in fifth position with a time of 1 hour 56 minutes 16.5 seconds.

American competitor Harley Letner with Luke Ayers (#59 Tatum 2005 Chev 6000cc) in his first Finke event finished in 13th position with a time of 2 hours 17 minutes and 47.3 seconds.

Strobel Motorsports Trophy Truck 2012 Baja 500 race

If you race in the desert long enough, eventually you're going to have 1 of those days. The 2012 Baja 500 was that day for the #94, yet the entire team defined the term perseverance, finishing at around 3AM after 17 hours of battling the Baja desert.
